A dense read but well worth it. I bought this as a Speech Language Pathologist who is re-entrying the profession after some time off. It was just what I needed! Full of up-to-date research and lots of practical ideas. The connected website is full of resources too. It’s a dense read… don’t think you can flick through it to find what you are looking for! But it’s worth taking the time to read it. The profession can changed hugely in its approach over the past 15 years. You’ll be a much better Speech Language Pathologist for…

Would Not Recommend This book is written as if it is an argument presented to the reader. There is a statement, and then opinions supporting it from other authors, and then a takedown of why it might not be true. Gathering facts from a chapter in this book is like going on an egghunt.
