Getting warmer, but design flaws leave me cold. The warmth this Sunbeam Heated Mattress Pad produces is absolutely delicious, so why only 3 stars? There is considerable room for improvement. The sides of this pad are made of slick polyester netting that is way too loose and sloppy making it tough to properly make the bed after a night’s sleep. The slick netting also makes the fitted sheet difficult to keep tucked in. A durable poly/cotton fabric would work much better. While the pad is heating, either the controller or the pad emits an…

Not all that great I got this because my room is in the basement of the house, and if I turn the heat up to where I’m warm enough, everyone on the first floor roasts. So first thing first. It’s not very warm. For it to go from Low to a High of 20, it really doesn’t get that hot. The number of settings is also an issue. Why does it go to 20? Is there really a difference between 10 and 11? No. So having 20 settings is overkill and makes it a PITA to get it up to High.

LOVE IT!! One of the best investments we ever made! Replaced one that we have had for4 yrs. or so which was not waterproof. Would not have had to but the except cheap interfacing like backing that you find on many mattress pads shredded in the washer (and I washed it many times over the yrs.) and I lost the holding capability of the wires. Still worked great but…… Decided to get the waterproof one for there was surgeries and not sure what any problems night occur.
