I had a severely bad panic attack I have struggled with low vitamin D levels for 10 years. My Dr simply kept telling me to take 2,000 IU’s over the counter – it did nothing, sitting in the sun did nothing. It’s working for me I’ve had a sub-optimal Vitamin D level for a few years, at least…I’ve only been having it tested since 2012.
